Refund & Cancellation Policy: Our Soul's Essence

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for requesting a refund or rescheduling services purchased through www.oursoulsessence.com (the "Website"), operated by Dannielle McAuliffe trading as Our Soul's Essence (the "Provider").

 

  1. Overview
      1. This policy applies to all products and services sold through the Website, including physical goods, digital downloads, 1v1 sessions, group programs, and online courses.
  2. Physical Products
      1. Refund Eligibility: We accept refund requests for physical goods (e.g. crystals, macrame items, tarot / oracle decks) under the following conditions:
          1. The item is broken or damaged upon delivery
          2. The item does not match the product description
      2. Non Refundable Items: These include:
          1. Sale items
          2. "Change of Mind" purchases
      3. Return Window: Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, email info@oursoulsessence.com to request the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Digital Products
      1. All sales of digital products (e.g. hypno-meditations, downloadable courses, audio files, PDFs) are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or the product delivered.
      2. This applies to all digital products including, but not limited to, self-led courses, meditations, and downloadable content.
  4. Services
      1. Cancellations: Sessions MUST be cancelled at least 14 days in advance to qualify for rescheduling.
      2. Refunds: No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled session.
          1. No refunds for no-shows or unused bookings
      3. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule will only be accepted if received 14 or more days before the session date. Availability is not guaranteed and may result in a later rescheduled time.
  5. Program & Multi-Session Packages
      1. Once a client has begun a program or accessed any included content, no refunds will be issued. This includes
          1. Group Coaching programs
          2. Multi-session 1v1 packages
          3. Course portals with gated or time-released access
  6. Consumer Protection
      1. This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is deemed faulty or misrepresented, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Law.
