These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of www.oursoulsessence.com (the "Website"). This Site is owned and operated by Dannielle McAuliffe of Our Soul's Essence (the "Provider"). This Site is an ecommerce website. By accessing or using this Website, including any digital products, services, booking systems, and content, you (the "Client", "You" or "User") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Website Usage & Eligibility
      1.  Eligibility: This Website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using this Website, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
      2. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You will not copy, share, distribute, or exploit any part of the Website or its content without written permission from the Provider.
      3. Prohibited Use: Misuse of the Website, including hacking, reverse-engineering, interfering with technical systems, or transmitting malware, is strictly prohibited.
  2. Products & Services
      1. Physical Goods: The Website may offer individual crystal items, handmade macrame items, tarot / oracle decks and other physical products. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
      2. Digital Products & Downloads: Includes hypno-meditation, courses, PDFs, audio recordings, and other downloadable content. These are for personal, non-commercial use only UNLESS otherwise stated. All sales are final unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
      3. Coaching & Holistic Services: Includes 1:1 and Group Sessions (via Zoom), personal development programs, live workshops, and private access to course portals. These services are offered for educational and transformational purposes only.
      4. Free Resources: Free resources, opt-ins, and lead magnets are offered as a gift and must not be copied, distributed, or sold.
  3. Bookings & Payment Terms
      1. Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full or via an approved payment plan prior to service delivery. Accepted methods are listed at the check out.
      2. Booking Services: Appointments are to be scheduled via the website booking system. The Client is responsible for selecting suitable dates and showing up on time.
      3. Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services and loss of access to content or future sessions.
  4. Shipping & Delivery
      1. Delivery Methods: Physical goods may be delivered using the following methods:
          1. Standard delivery by post (5 to 14 business days)
          2. Express delivery by post (1 to 5 business days)
          3. Local pick-up (by arrangement)
      2. Delivery Timeline: Delivery will occur as soon as reasonably possible based on the method selected. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
      3. Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are additional to the product price and will be confirmed at checkout.
      4. Delivery Accuracy: Users must provide complete and accurate shipping details. The Provider is not responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate information provided by the User.
  5. Refunds & Cancellations
      1. Refund Policy - Digital Products: All digital product sales are final once accessed or delivered.
      2. Refund Policy - 1v1 Services: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Sessions cancelled within 14 days are non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows.
      3. Refund Policy - Physical Goods: Refund requests for physical goods must be submitted within 15 days of receipt. Refunds may be granted for the following reasons:
          1. The items is broken or damaged
          2. The item does not match the description. 
          3. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or sale items.
      4. Returns: Returns must be arranged by contacting the Provider for a return address. The Client is responsible for repackaging and posting the item at their own cost.
      5. Program & Package Terms: Services delivered as part of a multi-session package or program are non-refundable once access has begun.
      6. Consumer Rights: Nothing in this Agreement excludes any rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law. This Agreement will be interpreted in light of any mandatory provisions.
  6. Intellectual Property
      1. Copyright: All content on the Website, including, but not limited to, meditations, course materials, branding, audio/video files, blog content, and images are the intellectual property of Our Soul's Essence.
      2. Limited Use: You may view, download, and print content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute the content without express written consent. 
  7. Disclaimer
      1. No Guarantees: While the Provider makes every effort to deliver quality services and products, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
      2. Not Medical Advice: Services and content are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. The Provider is not a licensed healthcare provider and does not diagnose or treat conditions.
      3. User Responsibility: By participating in the Website, the User accepts full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results.
  8. Limitation of Liability
